· As between the exhibitor and the promoters, the promoters shall have the final authority to determine the location of each club or entrants’ position within the show. · Once the exhibitor/club’s display of vehicle/s has been concluded, insurance regulations and policy of the event that no vehicle be in motion/moved/vacate the event without permission. The vehicles on display will be in lock down from 10.00am – 3.00pm. · Neither the promoters, event organisers, venue, director, staff, security or the shareholders shall be responsible or liable for any damage to all or any part of the exhibitors display and/or vehicle, and the exhibitor shall and does hereby waive any and all rights he may have against them or any of them for such loss or damage. · No commercial advertising is allowed with entries unless pre-arranged with the promoter, displays are only permitted directly behind your vehicle or in a roped off section of a club display. A single sign identifying major modifications, equipment used etc are permitted. · Business card distribution is prohibited unless prior consent in writing has been obtained as with any form of promotional advertising usage. · In consideration of this entry, the owner agrees to permit the promoter, TV & film coverage or radio, photographs of the entered vehicle for publicity including magazines and newspapers for the duration of the event and give permission to publish or sell. The promoter has all publicity and advertising rights in conjunction with Drift Australia. · I acknowledge that I am a participant being supplied with a recreational service by ACMA and Drift Australia. I understand there is a significant risk of physical harm, I may be injured, my personal property may be lost, damaged or destroyed at the event. · Aggressive or bad behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in expulsion without refund of any form. · The event will proceed on that given date as weather will not directly effect the series of Drift Australia. No refund will be issued of any form due to bad weather. · All forms of judging will be carried out by well recognised judges from reputable companies throughout Australia. The sound off portion of the event will be conducted and judged by Pioneer Australia.
